Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute groundbreaking marketing strategies: Build and implement innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand to new heights. Manage all marketing channels, including digital marketing, PR, and traditional advertising.
Lead a talented marketing team: Coordinate, develop, and motivate the marketing team, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and meet outstanding performance standards.
Optimize the marketing budget: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, maximize ROI, and maintain cost efficiency across all campaigns.
Market research and analysis: Understand customer needs, analyze competitors, and stay on top of industry trends in the cosmetics market to fine-tune strategies and ensure sustainable growth.
Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role within the cosmetics or FMCG industry. Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand and sales growth.
Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, social media management, and e-commerce. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve ambitious goals.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to negotiate and build strategic partnerships.
