Job Title: Financial Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to lead our finance department. You will be responsible for developing and managing the financial strategy, optimizing budgets and cash flow, and ensuring the sustainable growth of the company in the rapidly expanding cosmetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop financial strategies: Create and implement comprehensive financial strategies, ensuring financial stability and optimizing capital resources to support the company’s long-term growth.
Budget management: Plan and manage the company’s annual budget, ensuring that costs are strictly controlled and investments are aligned with business goals.
Optimize cash flow: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity and meet short- and long-term financial needs.
Financial analysis: Prepare periodic financial reports, analyze business performance, and provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency. Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and accounting regulations.
Support business strategy: Collaborate with other departments to ensure business decisions are financially sound, and contribute to the company’s long-term strategic planning.
Audit management: Work with external auditors to ensure financial statements are accurately audited and comply with regulations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. A Master’s degree or CFA/CPA certification is a plus.
Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a financial management role. Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is preferred.
Technical skills: Strong financial analysis skills, with a deep understanding of financial regulations, tax, and accounting practices. Ability to plan long-term financial strategies and manage financial risk.
Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team, create efficient work processes, and drive the team to achieve high performance.
Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to present and advise financial strategies to senior management.
