Job Title: Accounting Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and develop our company’s accounting department. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current accounting regulations, and supporting strategic financial management for the sustainable growth of our cosmetics business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting activities: Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting and tax laws. Oversee general accounting, accounts receivable/payable, inventory accounting, and other related activities.
Prepare financial reports: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, analyze data, and provide financial insights to support decision-making by senior management.
Oversee internal and external audits: Collaborate with external and internal auditors to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
Develop and improve accounting processes: Propose and implement solutions to optimize accounting processes, improve efficiency, and enhance transparency in financial reporting.
Budget and cash flow management: Collaborate with the finance department to prepare budgets, manage cash flow, and control costs, ensuring financial efficiency in business operations.
Ensure compliance: Ensure all accounting activities comply with tax laws, accounting standards, and current legal regulations.
Manage and train the accounting team: Train and develop accounting staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. CPA or ACCA certification is a plus.
Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in an accounting management role. Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is preferred.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Skills in preparing financial statements, financial data analysis, and managing financial risk.
Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and develop the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily accounting activities.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to work with other departments and audit partners.
