Job Description:
We are seeking an outstanding HR Manager to build and develop a talented team for our cosmetics company. You will lead comprehensive HR strategies, from recruitment to corporate culture development, ensuring that every employee works in a professional environment and supports the sustainable growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop HR strategies: Create and implement HR strategies, including recruitment, training, talent development, and employee benefits policies to ensure the company has the right workforce for long-term growth.
Manage recruitment processes: Ensure the company attracts and retains top talent, managing recruitment processes from job postings, candidate screening, to interviews and employment contracts.
Develop training programs: Design training and skill development programs for employees, ensuring they meet the job requirements and grow professionally.
Build corporate culture: Maintain and develop a professional, dynamic, and positive working environment. Create policies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
Manage labor relations: Ensure labor policies, compensation, and benefits comply with legal regulations, and maintain positive relationships between management and employees.
HR reporting and analysis: Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rate, employee performance, and suggest improvements to optimize HR processes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master’s degree or international HR certifications is a plus.
Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in an HR management role. Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is preferred.
Skills: Excellent management skills, strong leadership capabilities, effective communication, and conflict resolution skills. In-depth knowledge of labor law and employee benefits policies.
Communication skills: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to build relationships and persuade effectively.
